The Festa of the Pastisseria I dels Forns de Palma converts the garden of the La Misericòrdia Cultural Center into a gastronomic space full of tradition and flavor. This popular event pays tribute to the trade of bakers and pastry bakers in Mallorca, offering free tastings that allow discovering the richness of artisanal pastry on the island.

Those who visit the Fair find a wide sample of traditional products such as Ensaimadas, Cocas, Cookies and other Baked Specialties, made with recipes transmitted from generation to generation. The festive atmosphere is complemented with live cooking demonstrations, where the teaching teachers show their techniques and secrets, bringing their art closer to all audiences.

In addition, the celebration includes acts of recognition of professionals in the sector, valueing their effort and contribution to the Balearic gastronomic culture.
