Founded by a couple of entrepreneurs with roots between the island and Nicaragua, its proposal fuses the Mediterranean with the tropical under the philosophy Bean to Bar: from grain to tablet, with full traceability and a positive social and environmental impact.

Its catalog is divided into three lines. The range Bean to Bar Single Origin It brings together single-origin organic cocoa tablets from Panama, Peru, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Haiti, India and Colombia, with percentages ranging from 65% to 100%. Added to these are tablets with inclusions such as almonds, hazelnuts, pistachio, sesame, candied orange or lemon peel, Es Trenc salt, ginger, olive oil, vermouth or Moyà sweet herbs. The Concept Line It incorporates more creative preparations: the Chimelb 65% with Sóller lemon or orange, Es Trenc salt or white chocolate with matcha, as well as a tablet with milk and Mallorcan almonds.
