L'ARTISTA PIZZERIA NAPOLETANA

THE NEAPOLITAN PIZZERIA ARTIST born from the passion of siblings Melucci for Naples, its land, its gastronomy and its culture.

Born in the same city of Naples, they currently reside in Mallorca and have three pizzerias: Can Pastilla, Son Moix and Paseo Marítimo. Its cuisine transmits Italian flavors and its Neapolitan specialties make the difference which has allowed them to open different restaurants until stabilizing with these three restaurants located in different areas of the island of Mallorca.

The name of L'ARTISTA It is born from the concept of the same word, how a person expresses his personality through art, be it with painting, music, dance, photography, poetry,... for the brothersMelucci creating a pizza is a true work of art.

It begins with a passion for work, they make a distinguished selection of Italian ingredients, they are inspired by the creation of each pizza and they end up setting the cooking point. An authentic work of art!

the kitchen of THE ARTIST is led by the chef Charles Melucci that with his effort and his passion has managed to establish an extensive menu of dishes. In their menus you can find an infinity of Italian dishes, from good breakfasts, to delicious gourmet pizzas, to spectacular desserts, a wide variety of Italian cuisine for you to enjoy at any time of the day.

BREAKFASTS:You will find sweet and salty breakfasts! Delicious focaccias, toast, Nutella croissant, Oreo croissant, jam fagottino, mini calzone... Endless good breakfasts that you can accompany with the coffee and tea menu.

MENU: Within the menu of the three pizzerias you will find all kinds of pizzas and Italian dishes such as bruschetta, antipasti, aparmigianas, hamburgers, calzones, burrata starters... You ask!

When you get to the DESSERTS You will be able to find for example: nutella cheesecake, kinder bueno pizzartista, special cakes, rollino tris, coffees, limoncellos and amaretos.

ITALIAN SPECIALTIES

At THE ARTIST various dishes are prepared authentic Italian specialties such as caravell, saltimbocca and artist cap. In addition, they try to cook their star dish with the best recipe: the pizzas.

The pizza dough undergoes a natural maturation procedure of at least 48 hours of fermentation, a very old tradition in Naples, which they have wanted to preserve in all their establishments. All the products are Italian, from the flour, like the mozzarella and, of course, the tomato that is from “San Marzano D.O.P. ”, a type of tomato used in the most traditional recipes and recognized worldwide for its flavor and its brand.
