Fiestas of Sant Martí de Es Mercadal

The third weekend of July is celebrated the festivities of Sant Martí in the town of Es Mercadal, in the center of Menorca. The main protagonist is the horse. On Saturday, the mounts appear adorned, with colored bands and with braided crine. In the Menorcan horsepower, traditional protocols are followed to the letter, in which the main levels of the traditional past centuries are represented.
