In the emblematic Cloister of Sant Domingo de Inca a new edition of Minute Sins, a gourmet tapas route that combines haute cuisine, local products and signature cuisine in a unique environment.

The proposal brings together different culinary creations in small tastings, accompanied by drinks and a special atmosphere inspired by the Night of souls. The event is part of the programming of the Fira d'Inca and offers an evening dedicated to flavor, gastronomy and tradition, with the participation of different chefs and kitchen professionals.
