In Mallorca we find the autochthonous varieties of Mallorcan olive and pagesa (also called empletre), as well as the arbequina and the picual, which although they are not autochthonous varieties, form part of and are accepted by the Denomination of Origin of Mallorca, with which you obtain a spectacular oil, with a unique flavor that will give a more than special touch to all our preparations.

In addition, most mills offer guided tours, where apart from visiting the olive trees, you can see the process of making Mallorca's extra virgin olive oil, and get hold of some of its oils.
