During the month of July, in the middle of summer, the Patron Saint Festivities of Sant Jaume and Santa Margalida are celebrated. For more than fifteen days, numerous sporting, popular, and cultural activities take place, such as: conferences, painting exhibitions, and even a poetry festival! During the weekends, the traditional musical festivals also take place in the town's Plaza Mayor. Among the latest additions to the party, it is worth noting the Brutal Running sports event and the Cabo de Toro de Talapi. One of the most important cultural activities that take place during the patron saint festivities is the celebration of the “Crestatx Poètic”. This festival aims to bring poetry closer to the people and raise awareness. In this way, during the celebration of this poetry, music and painting merge harmoniously.
