Son of Sivinet is a prominent cheese factory on the island of Menorca that has earned an enviable reputation for its production of DOP cheeses from Mahón-Menorca.

This artisanal cheesemaking factory meticulously follows long-standing cheesemaking traditions, pampering every step of the process to achieve an exceptional flavor. His master cheesemaker, Joan Simeon, has been involved since he was little in the world of agriculture, livestock and the artisan production of island products, such as cheeses and sausages.

They make cow and goat cheese and black pork sausages raised on their own farm. The animals of Son of Sivinet They are free grazing and are fed with quality cereals, facts that are key to the quality of their cheeses and sausages, since they provide them with milk rich in protein, fat and nutrients. They put at your disposal a variety of cheeses for all tastes:

• Semi-cured: With a maturation of 90-140 days.

• Aged: Maturation of more than 365 days.
• Selection semi-cured: Maturation of 110-160 days.

You can visit their farm with an SUV, learn from their explanations, see their cows, calves and horses, see the cheese factory and the maturation room.
