The Fair and sample of the Ensaimada and Crafts converts the Santanyí's S'Esquador Square in the epicenter of the most emblematic sweet of Mallorca. During this day, bakeries from different municipalities, including Santanyí, exhibit their best creations in different exhibitors.

The event has live demonstrations of the process of elaboration of the Ensisada, allowing attendees to know their traditional preparation closely. In addition, visitors can enjoy the tasting of a Giant Ensaimada, prepared especially for the occasion.

To complete the experience, the fair offers animation and activities for the whole family, with children's workshops and musical performances that fill this unique celebration.
