FAIR DES GERRET DE IBIZA IN SANTA EULALIA
The Fira des Gerret of Ibiza returns, highlighting caramel, a characteristic fish of the Pitiusas, in delicious recipes. In its eighth edition, organized by the Santa Eulalia City Council, the fishermen's guilds, the Consell de Ibiza and Peix Nostrum, the event will take place on March 2, 2024. The day begins at 11:30 in the Santa Eulalia Marina with the arrival of a llaüt loaded with gerret, transported by car to the fair, highlighting the tradition and gastronomic wealth of the region.
