The festival of the Mare de Déu de Maig is celebrated in the d'Amunts neighborhood, in Alaró, on the last Saturday of May. During the day, the Cossiers perform traditional dances in different parts of the town and participate in a mass, where they perform the L'Oferta dance. The celebration concludes with a large toast open to all residents in Plaça Cabrit i Bassa. This festival keeps the popular and religious traditions of the town alive.
