From the land to the kitchen ” It is a gastronomic day that is celebrated in the Galatzó public estate, in order to value the local produce of the Serra de Tramuntana and its rich gastronomic culture.

Attendees can enjoy a Product Fair with the Sera of Tramuntana Distinctive, as well as a guided tour to the houses of Galatzó and the projection of audiovisual on the agricultural production of the area. A Traditional recipe contest, where participants can show their culinary skills. One of the most outstanding moments of the event will be the Popular lunch, where the traditional can be tasted Carbon rice, prepared by the chef Cati Pons. The price of lunch is 10 €. The parking lot in the farm is limited, but attendees can walk from Is Capadell through a Guided excursion karting 45 minutes, enjoying the nature and beauty of the landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana. A unique experience for all lovers of gastronomy, nature and Mallorcan tradition.
