Restaurante Blanca Terra

He Blanca Terra Restaurant born inside the Blanca Terra Winery, located in Montuïri, in the rural heart of Mallorca. It is the first and only winery on the island to offer a complete gastronomic experience with its own restaurant, turning the visit into something much more than a tasting, a total immersion in the territory, the product and the Mallorcan culture.

At the head of the kitchen is chef Jacinto del Valle, author of a proposal inspired by a cuisine of fire, earth and memory. Its menu reinterprets the traditional gastronomy of Mallorca with a creative and modern touch, always betting on local and proximity products. Among the dishes that define this proposal, the calçots croquettes stand out, the bread with duck sobrasada made with xeixa flour, the raw beet ravioli with goat cheese and pistachios, the octopus with sobrasada and botifarrón, the brut rice a la llauna or the Iberian pork cheek, among others. The desserts maintain that same philosophy, banana with almonds, sweet herbs and almond milk foam.

The drinks menu is strictly local, all the wines are from Bodega Blanca Terra itself, Origins, Passion, Foravila, Terra Dolça and the rest of the collection, and both the soft drinks and the distillates are also of Mallorcan origin. A coherence between cuisine and winery that few experiences on the island can offer.

The restaurant is aimed at couples, groups of friends, tourists and food lovers who are looking for something more than just eating, to experience Mallorca from the table. The surroundings of Montuïri, the vineyard landscape and the warmth of the service complete an experience that is very worthwhile.
