A GoGò Pizzabar

In the heart of Palma, To Gogò Pizzabar has redefined the culture of artisanal pizza with soul. Founded by Camilla Riccardi and Jerónimo Alonso, this project born in 2019 combines Italian tradition, creative fusion and an inclusive philosophy that has made it an essential gastronomic reference.

Their specialty is a 33 cm round Italian pizza, thin, slightly crispy, fermented for 30 hours, inspired by Roman scrocchiarella. Thanks to high-quality local and Italian ingredients, the result is a light, golden base that melts on the palate. Every month they surprise with a seasonal pizza available in meat or fish, vegetarian and vegan versions. In August, for example, their pizza with figs, speck and buffalo burrata is a hit.

Beyond pizzas, the menu offers regional Italian delicacies such as Roman Supplì, Sicilian Caponata, Gnudi toscani or stuffed fiori di zucca. Added to this is a careful selection of wines, craft beers and a casual, cosmopolitan and pet-friendly atmosphere that invites you to stay.

To Gogò Pizzabar believes in gastronomy for everyone. For this reason, it offers gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan and vegetarian options, including vegetable cheeses produced by them such as burrata or fermented Majorcan almond mozzarella.
