The feast of Sant Honorat is celebrated in Algaida (Mallorca) on January 16 with the traditional solemn mass and the Ball dels Cossiers. The Cossiers, accompanied by Dimoni, the Lady, Xeremiers and Flabiolers, interpret ancestral dances such as the Ball de l’Epart inside the Church and several choreographies in the square in front of the temple. The day is completed with music, bonfires and a popular soda before the City Council. A celebration full of magic, color and deeply rooted cultural heritage.
