The 'Eivissa Fish and Seafood Fair' is a gastronomic event that celebrates the island's rich fishing tradition, organized by the City Council of Sant Antoni de Portmany in collaboration with the Fishermen's Guild of Sant Antoni, he Ibiza Council, Fish nostrum Champagne Ports IB.
