The "bread with oil" Fair de Montuïri is a newly created event that is held in this town in the Mallorcan plà at the beginning of summer.
The fair consists of a tapas tasting dinner of "pa amb oli" in the main square of Montuïri in which the main bars and restaurants of the town participate, which have gained the reputation of having a special art when it comes to preparing this simple dish so widespread and rooted in Mallorcan society.
