The Festival of Lanterns It is one of the most fun and popular summer parties in Alcúdia, and it is more focused on the young public.
As every year, on August 24, the young people of Alcúdia walk through the streets of the town accompanied by their own lamps, made with hollowed out watermelons and melons. While they walk, they are singing songs typical of the municipality and Mallorca.
There is no doubt that it is a original show and super traditional on the island.
