Santa Cecília Lloc Menorca

Santa Cecília Place Menorca It is an ecological farm of 100 hectares located in Ferreries, in the heart of Menorca. With 40 hectares of forest and the rest dedicated to cultivation under regenerative principles, crop rotation, permaculture gardens, mobile chicken coop and its own beehives, the farm works with a real commitment to the land and the biodiversity of the island.

The star product is the Mahón-Menorca Artesano, made with raw milk from their own Menorcan Vermella breed cows. During curing it is rotated and spread with organic olive oil, which gives it an unmistakable flavor, aroma and color. Its 2-month semi-cured variety stands out especially for its creamy texture and its own character.

Added to this are the 100% organic pork sausages Santa Cecília, los artisanal ice cream, also available by cutting, and the recently incorporated natural yoghurt, made with milk from their Vermelles cows in small weekly quantities to guarantee maximum freshness and quality.

All their products can be found in the local markets of Fornells, Migjorn, Es Mercadal, Ferreries and Ciutadella. For greater convenience, every Thursday they deliver in Maó: you just have to place the order before Wednesday night and receive cheese, sausage or ice cream wherever you prefer.

Santa Cecília is also part of the Agrarian Custody program of the GOB Menorca, a recognition of its agricultural model committed to the territory.
