Productes Ecològics Santo Domingo

Santo Domingo Organic Products is an agricultural project located in Menorca, dedicated to the production and sale of local organic foods, with a strong commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.

From their organic garden they produce seasonal fruits and vegetables, grown following ecological and regenerative farming techniques, taking care of the soil and the natural environment. In addition, they produce products of bakery and sweets, as well as other organic foods available through its online store. Production is based on natural processes, highlighting the production of its own compost, a key practice within its regenerative model. In addition, they organize guided tours with tasting, an experience designed to get to know their way of working and try their products, available for groups of a minimum of 8 people.

The project also offers advice on regenerative gardens, sharing its experience and knowledge in sustainable techniques applied to organic farming. This comprehensive approach has been recognized with several notable awards for its track record and environmental commitment. In 2025 they were recognized as one of the best sustainable producers in all of Spain, placing sixth. In 2024 they received the Onda Cero Menorca Environment Award, for their career, sustainability and respect for the environment. Recently, the project has been selected among the Top 50 Farmers in Europe 2026, a recognition of their work, commitment and respect for the land.

The activity takes place in a rural and natural environment, characteristic of the Menorcan landscape, where agriculture is integrated in a balanced way with the environment. Through their online sales in Menorca, they allow easy access to fresh, organic and local products, directly from the field to the consumer.
