Santo Domingo Organic Products is an agricultural project located in Menorca, dedicated to the production and sale of local organic foods, with a strong commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.

From their organic garden they produce seasonal fruits and vegetables grown using organic and regenerative farming techniques, taking care of the soil and the natural environment. They also make baked goods and sweets, as well as other organic foods available through their online store. Production is based on natural processes, highlighting the production of its own compost, a key practice within its regenerative model. They organize guided tours with tasting for groups of 8 people or more, an experience designed to discover up close their way of working and test their products.
