Bodega Es Gallicant

In the heart of Mallorca is the Bodega Es Gallicant, a family project born from hobby and transformed into an authentic way of life. Its story begins more than a decade ago, when its owner decided to recover the tradition of the land inherited from his ancestors and convert old dairy farms into a winery where today wines with a Mallorcan soul are made.

The farm, located on red lands known as Call Red, offers unique conditions for vine cultivation. There, Es Gallicant produces white, rosé, and red wines, including aged and Reserve wines, as well as white and rosé sparkling wines. The entire harvesting process is carried out manually, taking care of each grape to guarantee maximum quality. In addition, the estate has a young vineyard that will soon bear its best fruits, which promises an even brighter future for this winery.

One of its great treasures is the recovery of a native white wine that has practically disappeared, which is surprising for its unique color, texture and flavor, becoming a reference for wine lovers looking for authenticity and difference. The winery also works with varieties such as Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and the Mallorcan grape. Twist Ros, in collaboration with the D.O. Plan and Levante de Mallorca, a seal that guarantees the quality and tradition of its wines.

Production, which reaches around 9,000 bottles a year, is enriched by the work of a flock of sheep that takes care of the vineyards during the winter, naturally fertilizing the land and providing a special character to the environment. All of this is part of a philosophy that combines respect for nature, family tradition and passion for wine.

Among its most recognized labels are “Tapera Flower” Champagne “Rosella”, wines that conquer both local consumers and visitors who discover in Es Gallicant a piece of the Mallorcan essence.
