Vins Ripoll

Wines Repoll is a family winery located in Binissalem. Its wines are part of the Protected Geographical Indication Wines from Mallorca, unique, high-quality wines that transmit the Mallorcan and Mediterranean character in each bottle. All the grapes used for the elaboration of its wine are from Km 0, where the autochthonous varieties of Mallorca; Black mantle and Callet.

Wines Repoll makes a commitment to recover old grape varieties to make its wines, authentic wines, where the flavors of Mallorca are the protagonists. It produces aged red wines and white wines, such as:

• Red wine Ses rocks, a spectacular red crianza of the varieties Black mantle Champagne Cabernet sauvignon.
• White Ses rocks, a grape white pressal blanc, among others.

In their vineyards they work manually with minimal phytosanitary intervention, monitoring each of the stages of growth and development of the grape, always with the utmost respect for the land and the landscape.

Regarding the harvest, which is carried out manually, in 15kg boxes, each of the bunches that are going to enter the winery are selected in the field, bunches that are always in perfect condition. A wine that, once fermented, will spend between 6 and 9 months in new French oak casks, before being bottled.

Besides, Ripoll wines It also sells a fantastic vermouth, the ideal aperitif made according to the traditional process.
