Ca’n Molinas Bakery and Pastry It is one of the most beloved and recognized workshops in Mallorca. With more than a hundred years of history, since 1920, this family oven in Valldemossa produces each of its products in an artisanal and traditional way, respecting the recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

Its star product is potato coke, awarded with the Ramon Llull Award 2007 for his contribution to Mallorcan pastries. With a soft texture and delicately sweet flavor, it is perfect to accompany a good coffee. Along with it, the letter includes ensaimadas, almond cat gluten-free made with high-quality local almonds, and the classic single room.
