All flights are piloted by Julio Alou Roig, a Majorcan with more than 1,000 hours of flying and a mountain guide qualification, and have passenger insurance, transportation to the take-off point and a souvenir of the experience. Reservations can be modified 72 hours in advance at no cost, and in case of weather cancellation, rescheduling or full refund is offered.
